1. Project Scope & Customization

  • All services begin only after detailed scope agreement and written approval from the client.
  • Clients must ensure that all requirements, assets, and instructions are clearly communicated before development begins.
  • Changes beyond the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and billed separately.

2. Payment Terms

  • A minimum of 25% advance payment is required before any project is initiated.
  • Remaining balance must be cleared upon final delivery, prior to deployment or file handover.
  • In case of delay in payment, Nexbytes reserves the right to pause or withhold project progress or assets.

3. Timelines & Delivery

  • Estimated project timelines will be provided during the proposal phase based on client input and project complexity.
  • Delays due to incomplete feedback, asset submissions, or scope changes may impact delivery schedule.
  • Nexbytes is not liable for third-party service delays such as hosting, domain, or API integrations.

4. Revisions & Refund Policy

  • We offer 1–2 rounds of revisions depending on the project scope.
  • Once work has begun, refunds are not applicable for time and resources already invested.
  • In case of any technical issue caused by our team, we offer fixes within the defined support window.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All code and assets developed for the client will be transferred upon full payment.
  • Nexbytes retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise restricted by NDA.
  • Client-provided materials must be legally owned or licensed for use.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Nexbytes is not responsible for losses arising from third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, or platforms used by the client.
  • We do not guarantee business outcomes, sales, or search rankings resulting from the digital solutions provided.

7. Terms Revisions

  • Nexbytes reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Updated terms will be available on our website and will be considered effective upon posting.
